How to Use:
- Diffuse two to four drops alone or with other essential oils in water
- Make sure your oil is 100% therapeutic grade and says it can be taken internally.
- Add to lotion or creams or apply to the affected area with a Q-tip.
- Place a few drop on your hand or palm or put on bottom of feet.
